When the key components of
the mind work in unison ~
AMAZING THINGS HAPPEN!!!

This is done first by relaxing and quieting
the conscious (aggressive) mind
through guided meditation & imagery,
then by expertly guiding
the subconscious (passive) mind,
(either by direct questions and positive suggestions
or by metaphorical stories)
to comfortably acknowledge and release any
negative, and sometimes self defeating,
thoughts and beliefs that might be
unknowingly held there ~
replacing them with positive suggestions that
are agreeable between the two minds.
The subconscious mind controls
virtually everything we do.
Along with running our bodies
while we're busy living our lives,
it is also the seat of our emotions
and where all of our life experiences
are recorded ~ this aspect of the mind
makes up about 90% of our mind power.
While the conscious mind (the other 10%)
is where we analyze and rationalize,
the subconscious mind is where our
core beliefs and behaviors
are developed and stored.
The emotional imprints or impressions
stored within the subconscious
are the driving factors in what creates
our own personal realities ~
Sometimes without regard to rational thought;
which is how "bad" habits, irrational fears, behaviors or thought patterns are born.
If the conscious mind desires a goal
that is not currently impressed or
imprinted within the subconscious,
or is in opposition to what is already
emotionally established within the subconscious,
the conscious and the subconscious minds
are at war over what is best for the
overall happiness and well being
of the mind as a whole ~
Despite all of our best intentions to change,
if the emotional imprint of the
subconscious mind is not in agreement
with the rational conscious mind ~
Guess who wins?
The 90% emotional mind always wins the battle
against the 10% rational mind.
That's why will power alone usually fails ~
it depends solely on the conscious mind,
and we are, indeed, creatures of emotion...
Key Point Hypnosis helps clients
resolve this inner conflict resulting in a harmonizing balance between
the two key parts of the mind.
Thus, effecting a positive change,
because it allows the whole mind to
focus on the desired goal ~
in unison.
